Welcome to NAKAYA ART! By using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
 

1. General Information

• Nakaya Art is owned and operated in the Netherlands.

• We specialize in art workshops, special events like birthdays and team bonding, individual art lessons for children and adults; also regular art lessons for children and young adult groups.

2. Orders, Payments & Refund

• All prices listed are in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT.

• We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards and iDeal only.

• Orders and reservations are only confirmed after successful payment processing.

• Refund is only possible at least 14 days before the event date; for refund requests you can contact us via nakayaartstudio@gmail.com

3. Availability in the Group Lessons

• We strive to keep our website updated, but in rare cases, group events and class lessons may become unavailable after purchase. If this occurs, we will contact you to offer a refund or alternative option.
   

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, including images, text, and branding on Nakaya ART, is protected under intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
   

5. Liability Disclaimer

• We do our best to provide accurate event, class and lesson descriptions. However, we are not liable for any incorrect information provided by third-party suppliers like gues tutors.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

• Any disputes shall be resolved in Dutch courts.
